Ah I see. So you mean like a list of users, in other words. It’s true it’s on the works for the next generation of s2Member. However I’ve heard of users that use other plugins to do this for you. Can’t say I remember any of them though. :/
I see. Well, this is already implemented in s2Member, however as you said it’s being improved on in the next generation of s2Member. What do you find unsatisfactory about it, I wonder? Pretty sure with one plugin that lists all the users other s2Member users have been able to list all the users in their website, however I’m not so sure about displaying the values of those fields… – Eduan |

Hello Matt, Although this question is not really fit for these forums, since it’s not related to s2Member (from what I can see), I will still try to help. :) First, do you have a backup of your website before this user was deleted? If yes, then all you have to do is restore that backup and you’re all done. :) If you don’t have a backup, then I’m afraid the easiest thing to do would be to start from zero, at least in my opinion. – Eduan |

Hello Joe, This, you could say, is actually a problem with the browser. You click the button and so the browser sends a request and stuff happens, however if you click that button again, it will send the request again, and so it can cause these problems. Disabling it once it’s been clicked once is possible with jQuery, and perhaps is the best way to avoid this issue, besides having a faster internet connection. ;) – Eduan |

Hello Vince, What Jason is asking you is to enable logging (under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration), and then wait for a live transaction or make a test transaction yourselves. Then post the logs of that transaction here, x’ing out any private data. – Eduan |

Hello Laeon, Could you please describe what you’re asking for? What do you mean with “directory mode”? And what would the custom fields be for? I can’t seem to make sense out of it. :/ – Eduan |

Hello Kevin, To answer your questions:
Yes, you will be able to require the user to pay in order to register, and this can also be a yearly fee.
I’m pretty sure Google Checkout is supported, however I can’t say what is, and isn’t supported, because of my inexperience with it: Features » Google Checkout® Button Integration
With the use of custom capabilities (ccaps for short) you should be able to. Depending on how you plan to present these dinners. What were your plans for presenting these dinners to the user once he bought them?
Yes you can. The license for s2Member pro is only for live websites, testing domains and installations don’t count. :) Hope this answers your questions. :) – Eduan |

Not sure. :/ It’s very probable that it’s because the custom fields are not “protected” by WordPress. To the other fields I believe it’s actually WordPress the one that adds those styles. In any case, this is known to be caused by your theme, one way to test that is to temporarily change to the default WordPress theme (TwentyTwelve) and see if the problem disappears. If it does disappear then it means your theme is causing the problem. If it doesn’t then please try these common trouble shooting tips (all of them): Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips – Eduan |

Hello Chris, These gaps are caused by your theme’s CSS. So you will need to check with your theme in order to modify it’s CSS so that it doesn’t add this extra space. – Eduan |

Ah I see. Are you sure you don’t have anything set in the URI restrictions? Which you can find under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› URI Access Restrictions BTW. If you have nothing set there then I don’t know what might be causing the problem. Have you tried these common troubleshooting tips? – Eduan |

I read this now. :) Thanks for handling this Jason, learned some new stuff. :) Also, Ronnie, the ability to edit this extra 24 hours to your own custom amount is already being worked on for the next release of s2Member. :) – Eduan |

Hello Matthew, Hmm, so, what emails do they NOT get? Only the MailChimp ones? Or also emails from WordPress welcoming the user? In any case, it’s most probable that they have not checked their spam folder. Many email providers are very bad at recognizing spam from non-spam (except Gmail ;)). I would suggest you ask them to check their spam folder, if they do not find it there, ask them which emails they did receive correctly. – Eduan |

I’m afraid there isn’t. :/ You see, currently, if you restrict a post with a level 1 for example, even if he has specific post/page access to it, it wouldn’t work, because the user has to be a level 1 as well. Same the other way around, if the page/post is protected with specific post/page access, then even if the user is a level 1 user, he wouldn’t be able to access it, because he also needs the specific post page access. :/ Also, I’m not familiar with any other membership software besides s2Member, so I can’t really give you any advice for them. – Eduan |

Even so, go under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Import/Export -› User/Member Exportation, it should export some stuff. Since there’s the admin user and test users for example. In any case you can create some false imaginary users and export those. |

Hmm… I’m afraid that to use this method I’m giving you you would have to generate each page/post with a special button yourself, and also protect it and offer your customers the links. And no, users to which you don’t give them the specially generated links would not have access to these posts/pages. :) – Eduan |

Hello Bill, One thing you could do is make special posts/pages with those buttons and protect those pages with specific post/page access, which you can find under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Specific Post/Page Access Restrictions. Once you do that, inside those posts/pages you would put the different special buttons, there would be one page for each button. And then you just give it to your special customers generating links so that they can access those specific posts/pages without paying. You would generate these links under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Specific Post/Page Access Links. – Eduan |

Hello Ronnie, This feature has been suggested many times in the past, and so it is also being implemented in the next generation of s2Member. However, currently, if you want this functionality you will need to implement some kind of hack, like this hack by Bruce: – Eduan |
