This should be possible. Can you screenshot the setup you have for the custom field that you’re using (or one of them assuming you’re using more than one field) |

It’s possible that the PDF was created in a way that causes this, but s2Member does not have anything that could cause this. I found this article online about this, perhaps it could help you figure out the problem: http://www.ehow.com/how_6299874_disable-pdf-print-function.html It appears that it’s a property in the created PDF. |

I believe that was part of the theme. We use inFocus from ThemeForest. See: http://themeforest.net/item/infocus-powerful-professional-wordpress-theme/85486 |

s2Member does not have any direct integrations with shipping services. The best way to integrate a service with s2Member would be to use s2Member’s API Notifications and send the necessary information to the service after Payment is completed. See: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Notifications -› Payment Notifications |

Unfortunately this is not currently possible. If you have multiple Pro Forms on the same page it causes problems. We’re looking to address this in the next major version of s2Member but for now you’ll have to have your Pro Forms on separate pages. |

WordPress won’t allow a User to be made with the same email address as another. Are you having your User accounts delete at the end of the trial? |

Thanks for your patience.I took a look and it appears that your theme is loading in some resources after s2Member forces SSL. Can you try the first two steps in Common Troubleshoot Tips here, please? |

Right Buy Now buttons won’t create a subscription, and this is the reason it works without forcing a PayPal account. There is another alternative, but we generally don’t like to suggest it because it forces your Users to call in and have you (the site owner) cancel subscriptions. That’s PayPal ERP. This allows you to accept credit cards for subscriptions without PayPal Pro. See: https://merchant.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=merchant/erp_overview |

If it were possible to include this as standard functionality we would definitely do so. However, this is a theme customization and unless your theme has a WordPress side/head/footer bar that you can add widgets to, it’s just not possible. The code provided here is the bare necessity for getting the log in box like we have here at s2Member.com. As far as getting the form to toggle and not be shown, this is something that has to be done through JavaScript and will change based on what you want. Knowledge Base » Login Box Like s2Member.com? If you’ve got jQuery loading on your site, this jQuery function will do a lot of the work for you: |

I see. s2Member doesn’t have this capability either, I’m afraid. The only way I could see this be possible is to have your Users send a request for a change in information and you can change the information manually if it’s okay through a Contact form. |

I’m looking at our messages and I didn’t receive any information. I asked you for some information in my previous reply and I was expecting a reply back when you sent this information. Could you please send the information once more and update the thread when the information comes through so we can take a look, please? |

This puts a Captcha with the style “clean” in your Form. You’d remove the whole attribute to keep the Captcha from coming up |

This depends on if you have captcha set up on your Pro Forms. You can opt into doing this, or you can take the captcha=”clean” part out of your shortcode and keep it from happening. |

The reCaptcha on this page seems to work just fine for me. If your Users are having problems with the Captchas that are coming up, you should have them press the refresh button next to the field and it’ll give them a new one to try. |

This isn’t necessary for the integration. s2Member only requires that you put captcha=”clean” into your PayPal Button/Pro Form shortcodes and it will generate Captcha fields of its own. That plugin is only meant for Captcha-protecting things like login forms, which s2Member does not do. |

It’s possible this is happening due to a connection failure that only happens sometimes. Do you have logging enabled? See: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration |
