Marc-Andre, the login info you sent before for the dashboard doesn’t work, could you resubmit it so Jason can login and look at it if needed? s2Member® » Private Contact Form Jason mentions Mod Security, so it’d be good if you read this article: Knowledge Base » Mod Security, Random 503/403 Errors Also, could you try this and see if it shows any warnings? Knowledge Base » s2Member® Server Scanner Thanks! |

You can use a JavaScript redirection in your Login Welcome page, then level 1 users would be sent to the home page, others not. Something like this: [hilite pre_code][[s2If current_user_is(s2member_level1)] [/s2If]] [/hilite] |

Yes, after you finished debugging, remove them from the server, please. You can download a copy of the files before removing them from the server, of course. |

It’s a one-way integration (s2Member->AWeber) so s2Member would not get an error about it. s2Member just sends the email to AWeber to add the user, the way AWeber behaves when the person is already subscribed is something s2Member doesn’t have control over. You could ask AWeber if there’s a setting that would let you control the behavior on their side when the email account is already there. |

Or you could use a variation of the hack suggested for ClickBank buttons. Knowledge Base » ClickBank buttons outside the site with s2Member Your button in the page would link to the hack and there, based on the selection the user made, you’d adjust the shortcode attribute and redirect the user to PayPal. This article will help understand the use of variables in the shortcode: Knowledge Base » Using Variables In A Shortcode |

If you don’t use the MOP vars and you really want to remove them from the URL the user is redirected to, you can try the tip given here: http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/bp-redirect-not-working-for-create-blog/#post-22537 |

If you’re using them all for new signups, and not to upgrade existing users, then you could copy the HTML the shortcodes output and use that. Or you can create buttons over at PayPal following the instructions here: Knowledge Base » Using Buttons Generated @ PayPal.com |

Michael, are you using some kind of caching in your server that may be causing this? Database and object caching are known to cause trouble. Also, please try these: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips |

Hi Claudia. The problem is most likely in the software you’re using to open the CSV file. What are you using? I use OpenOffice Calc and don’t have a problem with the quotes. |

Hi Michele. Maybe there’s a login session problem? Knowledge Base » Logged In, But Am I? Do you have caching enabled? Make sure database and object caching are disabled, they’re known to cause unexpected problems. Could you also try these? Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips An alternative I prefer over the redirection URL with the level number, is to use one Login Welcome page and display different content based on the user’s level. I doubt it. What PayPal service are you using? Express Checkout or PayPal Pro? PayPal Pro will require you to have DPRP to have subscriptions. Knowledge Base » PayPal Pro, PayFlow, DPRP, Express Checkout By the way, I wouldn’t use the Sandbox, it sometimes has its own problems that aren’t in live transactions. It’s much better to do live, 1 cent transactions for your tests. |

If you really left only s2Member and the default theme when looking for conflicts and you still had the problem, the other thing I can think of is that you may be using an index.html file instead of WP’s default index.php… When you’re in the dashboard, look at the source code of the s2Member General Options page, and look for the s2Member CSS and JS files, can you load them successfully? |

Do you have log entries for these transactions? If not, please make sure you have logging enabled, reproduce the error to have it logged, and submit your site’s info so we can review the log entries. Please let us know when you sent it so we can look for it. s2Member® » Private Contact Form Regarding the badge, please see my reply here: http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/security-badge-help/#post-47056 |

Since April 4th 2013, having logging disabled and no log files in the s2member-logs directory, are new requisites to validate the badge. http://www.s2member.com/changelog/#s2-changes-v130404 If you had the badge problem since then, you may want to check that requisite. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration[/hilite] Of course, when you need to debug, you’ll have to enable logging and the badge will not validate during that time, but after you resolved the issue you can disable logging again and remove the log files. The badges articles has been updated with this new requisite and there’s also an optional solution to improve the logs directory security. Knowledge Base » s2Member® Security Badges
Are you using the shortcode to display the badge?
