Hello Ryan, Did you try changing your theme back to the default one? In other words, do you also have this error if you use WordPress’ default theme (TwentyEleven)? Please try that and tell me how it goes. :) |

That is strange, does your PayPal account (or the method you used to pay) show any charge made by s2Member.com? or WebSharks Inc.? |

Hello DrByte, If you have any problems with Varnish Cache, you can always try Quick Cache, which is a caching plugin by Jason, it is 100% percent compatible with s2Member, so you don’t have to worry about issues. :) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Ganaxi, Yes, s2Member’s Brute force restrictions and unique IP access restrictions also work. I believe they are on all the time unless you deactivate them. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Tiffany, Could you please try using the Raw HTML plugin and see if that fixes the problem, seeing how the problem is probably WordPress formatting the code. Please test out both the shortcode and the long code, also, if you want to use the long code, it’s necessary that you have the PHP Execution plugin or something along those lines installed, as the long code may sometimes containt PHP. One last thing, it is preferred to use the shortcodes, because the long code is not encrypted. Hope this helps. :) |

Tom, As CodeClips suggested, I would use s2Member conditionals for separating the video from the rest. You might actually be interested in actually putting a little teaser with these conditionals. You can find the simple/shortcode conditionals under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Simple/Shortcode Conditionals. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Shelley, I believe this is caused by the settings under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Unique IP Access Restrictions. Check those settings and see if that’s it. Hope this helps. :) |

Well that error simply means that WordPress was not loading that for some reason. But since you’re telling it to load that file it now loads correctly. Glad you were able to solve your problem Robert. :) |

Hello Tim, URI Access restrictions don’t work on files, it will only work on pages and posts within WordPress. If you want to protect files then you can use the options under: Here’s a video on these restrictions: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Roger, What’s the URL of the s2Member login? Is it the http://www.site.com/wp-login.php? If so, then this should happen, whether you have s2Member installed or not. Could you please give me the URL of the normal login and the s2Member login. Thanks. |

Hello Daniel, For this you would have to hire a developer or a freelancer who can do this for you, it would require a decent knowledge of code. You can check at websites like elance.com or jobs.wordpress.net for this kind of stuff. Hope this helps. :) |
