Hello Chris, I’m afraid in order to see the user’s passwords would require you to hack WordPress, not s2Member. And the passwords are encrypted for security, so you will have to un-encrypt it, and that would cause security risks. The best way you can do this is grabbing it before the form is submitted at registration. Just remember that anyone that has access to your website’s back end will be able to know the user’s password. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Peter, Here’s a couple of things I would check: Also, about the refund, I believe s2Member doesn’t currently handle refunds, so if you refund you must refund through PayPal, but s2Member will not be made aware of the refund, so you will have to update the user’s details. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Cam, You can use the search bar at the top-right of the s2Member website in order to search for eJunkie, I believe I have seen it mentioned a couple of times, but it is not currently integrated with s2Member, so you’ll probably have to do the integration yourself. Hope this helps: :) |

Hello Kim, You can use any theme that follows WordPress’ standards, if it is not well coded then it might cause a conflict with s2Member. The best way to find out if your theme is compatible with s2Member is to try it. Hope this answers your question. :) |

Hello Charlie, This functionality of s2Member is included in the membership options page. The users will be redirected to this page when they try to access content that they shouldn’t. You can find more information under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Membership Options Page and in this video: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Dehaas, I believe this can’t be done just like that, but there is a workaround: Register the user as a free member (level 0) and only allow him the amount of downloads you want in the trial. Then, offer a subscription button so that the user can upgrade to the next level, at which he will be able to download the amount of downloads you wish for the paid member. And of course, you can configure 30/31 days, I believe there currently isn’t a way to use months instead of days, so you will have to use the nearest amount you wish in days. Hope this helps. :) |

OK, Have you tried doing a plugin compatibility test? Just disable very plugin except s2Member and see if the problem remains. If you could please also do a theme compatibility test, just change the theme back the the default. If it fixes the problem, then it means that a plugin or your theme is conflicting with s2Member. Hope this helps. :) |

Just to note CodeClips, If you want to display content to all paid members just modify the [s2If current_user_can(s2member_level0)] one to represent the level you want as a minimum. Hope this clears something up. :) |

Hello Ian, You can easily do this with shortcode conditionals provided by s2Member, you can find the documentation under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Simple/Shortcode Conditionals. Also, you might be interested in this KBA for the migration: Hope this helps. :) |
