Hello Ben,
this seems to be a problem with your theme’s JavaScript, or CSS settings, it appears somehow it’s making images be cut, or something.

I suggest you install a tool like Firebug, and examine the pro-form, make sure there’s nothing strange.

Hope this helps. :)

Hello Tom,
unfortunately I don’t know the answer to this question. :(

Although I’m sure the support reps would be able to give you an answer, whether it’s possible or not.

Do you want me to move this post to the customer support forum for you? The support reps do not visit the community forums.

Hello Jason,
I am not aware of this problem within s2Member, as a bug.

You might want to make a plugin compatibility check, simply disable all the plugins except s2Member, and if the problem disappears, turn each plugin on, one by one, until the problem appears again.

You could also do a theme compatibility check, simply change to the WordPress default theme (TwentyEleven).

Hope this helps. :)

Hello John,
the customer support forums are only accessible for people that have paid for the pro version of s2Member.

So if you have the pro version, I suggest you login with the account that has the license already bought, and at the bottom of the customer support forums, you can post your question.

In the meantime, I’m simply wanting s2′s recommendation for video hosting, and when that’s really necessary.

I’m not quite sure what you mean with this, could you please clarify a little bit? Thanks.

Hope this helps. :)

Hello Steve,
as Boudewijn, the minimum level of protection is level 0.

Also, I would check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› URI Access Restrictions, and make sure it’s not protecting something that’s too global.

Hope this helps. :)

Hello Tony,
you might be interested in checking the button generator under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Subscr. Modification Buttons.

There is also a video on this:

Hello William,
don’t worry about the support, they only provide support in the customer support forums and the pre-sale questions forum, in the community forum only the community helps each other, but they provide excellent support.

Moved to the pre-sale questions forum. :)

Hope this helps. :)

Hello Vincent,
currently what you can do to view the different levels is just creating a new user, and logging in as that user.

Simply go under WP Admin -> Users -> New User and create a new user, you will be able to specify the user’s level when creating it.

Hope this helps. :)

Hello William,
you are posting this in the community forums, the support reps almost never come here, you might want to post this question in the pre-sale forums.

If you want, I can move this topic to the pre-sale questions forum for you.

Hope this helps. :)

Hello there Candy,
this is a problem that’s probably caused by your .htaccess file under the s2member-files directory.

Apache shouldn’t be allowing anyone to access that, without permission, I suggest you make sure there is an .htaccess file there, and if there is, please post the contents with the code tags.

If there isn’t any file there, then I suggest you re-install s2Member, but first activate the deactivation safeguards just to be safe. :) You can find the deactivation safeguards under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards.

Hope this helps. :)

OK Donald,
thanks for the extra info.

This is caused by some incompatibility with s2Member and your theme, your theme probably doesn’t load jQuery/JavaScript in a way that’s compatible with WordPress in general, which causes problems like this.

I would look into making sure your theme loads jQuery/JavaScript correctly, and I would also consider changing your theme if you can’t sort this out.

Hope this helps. :)

Hello Donald,
so what seems to be the problem? You just get text instead of clickable accordion effect?

Could you please show a screenshot of your problem.

Thanks. :)

Hello Boudewijn,
I’ve done some simple tests, and as far as I can tell, the only difference is that the pro-form has some extra text, unlike the button, which is just a button.

Hope this helps. :)

Hi Boudewijn,
yes, one unsubscribe page would work.

You can create these cancellation/unsubscribe buttons under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Subscr. Cancellation Buttons

Hope this helps. :)

Hello Robert, you might be interested in asking for help in the customer support forums.

The support reps almost never miss something, so it might be worth a shot.

Hope this helps. :)

Hello George,
s2Member can be used on blog farms, with the blog farm license.

I believe it would be network activated, but I wouldn’t know the answer to that question. :/

Hope this helps. :)
