Hello Tom, Although I’m sure the support reps would be able to give you an answer, whether it’s possible or not. Do you want me to move this post to the customer support forum for you? The support reps do not visit the community forums. |

Hello Jason, You might want to make a plugin compatibility check, simply disable all the plugins except s2Member, and if the problem disappears, turn each plugin on, one by one, until the problem appears again. You could also do a theme compatibility check, simply change to the WordPress default theme (TwentyEleven). Hope this helps. :) |

Hello John, So if you have the pro version, I suggest you login with the account that has the license already bought, and at the bottom of the customer support forums, you can post your question.
I’m not quite sure what you mean with this, could you please clarify a little bit? Thanks. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Steve, Also, I would check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› URI Access Restrictions, and make sure it’s not protecting something that’s too global. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello there Candy, Apache shouldn’t be allowing anyone to access that, without permission, I suggest you make sure there is an .htaccess file there, and if there is, please post the contents with the code tags. If there isn’t any file there, then I suggest you re-install s2Member, but first activate the deactivation safeguards just to be safe. :) You can find the deactivation safeguards under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards. Hope this helps. :) |

OK Donald, This is caused by some incompatibility with s2Member and your theme, your theme probably doesn’t load jQuery/JavaScript in a way that’s compatible with WordPress in general, which causes problems like this. I would look into making sure your theme loads jQuery/JavaScript correctly, and I would also consider changing your theme if you can’t sort this out. Hope this helps. :) |
