Hello Jeff, thanks for your inquiry. This error indicates that you or some of your users have been blocked by the brute force IP/login restrictions. Which you can reset globally under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Brute Force IP/Login Restrictions. You can also configure it there. If you want to reset it user individually, you can find the user under WP Admin -> Users -> All Users, when you find the user, click edit in the user profile, and under the s2Member section you will see a “Reset IP/Login Restrictions Logs” or something along those lines, check that checkbox and save the changes to the user. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello there, thanks for your inquiry. This is probably caused by your theme/template, apparently it has some CSS that tells WordPress that the fields must be that size… Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Kati, thanks for your inquiry. Yes, it is possible to simply cancel a membership. You can create the necessary button under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Subscr. Cancellation Buttons, please notice that this would cancel any current billing, if he paid with a buy now button, this wouldn’t work. You can check this video for more information: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello there, thanks for your inquiry.
I have played around with this, and you need to accept the payment through one of the credit cards s2Member supports, as far as I know, those credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sorry for the inconvenience. :(
As far as I know, this theme hasn’t been reported to have problems, though you will have to play around with it to be sure, if you have any problems, please let us know. ;)
This is possible indeed, though it needs a little trick. :) Create a free registration pro-form:
Then change the level=”0″ value to the value of the level you want to offer for free. You will put this shortcode in a specific post/page access restricted page, you can protect it under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Specific Post/Page Access Restrictions. You can also watch this video by Jason Caldwell, which has a little more info on specific post/page access restrictions. Then, when you want to invite someone to that special level, you simply create a special link, which will make all specific post/page access restrictions null. And then you give the link to the user, you can create the special link under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Authorize.Net® Pro Forms -› Specific Post/Page Access Links. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Kati, thanks for your inquiry. Yes, you would be required set an EOT (End of Term) when editing the user, upgrading him in other words. You will also have to make sure that the options under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior are correctly set up so that they act the way you want them to. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Donald, thanks for the follow-up. I understand your goal now, this is currently not possible with the membership options page. You will have to code this yourself, or hire somebody at sites like eLance.com. I’ll see if Jason plans to add this soon, or at all. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Carl, thanks for your inquiry. This is caused by the Unique IP Access Restrictions, which can be found under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Unique IP Access Restrictions. In order to reset them, you can do it globally with the button in the restriction options above, or you can do it with each user, by going under WP Admin -> Users -> All Users -> the user in question, and then, under the s2Member section of the user info (almost at the bottom) you will see a “Reset IP Restrictions” checkbox, check it and save the changes to the user. Hope this helps. :) |

Thanks for the follow-up. One little thing I forgot to mention. You will need custom coding in order to achieve everything you need. The KBA I gave you was for offering free registration to more than 1 level. Hope this clears some confusion that may have arose. ;) |
