Hello Jeff, You can easily generate a new pro-form in order to change the price of the subscription. You can do that under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms. You can also change the price with the ra attribute in the shortcode. :) – Eduan |

This article might help: Pre Sale FAQs » Can s2Member® be translated into other languages?
I’m afraid there is currently no automatic or simple way to do this. The best way to go I think would be to simply get a difference viewer software or something of the like and with each new release check manually if there are any differences. – Eduan |

If you are using buy-now buttons then this is a real problem, otherwise this is not a problem. The EOT not being added up thing. The difference between buy-now and subscriptions is how they work. A buy-now the user pays once and they get the access and his account etc. It’s as if you bought a software’s license, you pay for it once and you get it immediately and all that. The duration of their access depends on what you set in the button. The subscription is, as it’s named, a subscription. The users subscribe to a payment, meaning they agree to continue to pay whatever the fee was several times, at the intervals you specify in the button. So they continue to pay you $5 every week for example. When the subscription ends, so does the access. Personally I prefer buy-now buttons, but for things like blogs, articles etc. subscriptions are better. So let me ask once again. You are 100% sure that the button your users are using is a buy-now button, correct? – Eduan |

Hello James, I checked both logs and there doesn’t seem to be any problems. Out of curiosity, to what emails are you sending these emails? Like what hosts, @gmail, @hotmail, @yahoo would be some of the possible options. – Eduan |

You mean set the page’s status as “Private” instead of “Public”? Or make it private to the unregistered member, albeit redirect him to the membership options page? – Eduan |

Hello Philip, I’m afraid that for something like this there is no built-in way of doing it with s2Member. You would have to code it in WordPress/s2Member so that it periodically checks the date of the post’s posting and check if it’s older than insert time here, if it is then do something with s2Member to change the restrictions. Sadly I don’t know how to achieve any of this. However I can provide a link to the s2Member codex: – Eduan |

Hello Ann, This is very simple to accomplish using s2Member. You just need to protect that page at level 1 (if you want the user to pay to access it) or level 0 (if you want the registration to be free). If it’s a level 1 protected page then you just need to offer a level 1 button generated under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› PayPal Buttons For Level #1 Access. If it’s a level 0 protected page then all you need to do is offer a link to your website’s registration page in the membership options page. That registration link would be “http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?action=register” (without the quotes). – Eduan |

Hello Johnny, There’s nothing that tracks 2 currently logged in logins and if it goes over that it blocks it. But there are IP restrictions, which if the user logs in to your website from over the amount of IPs you set, he will be blocked. Check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Unique IP Access Restrictions for more info. – Eduan |

Ah I see. Yes you can modify the email to include this link. In fact, currently it already integrates it WordPress itself. See under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Email Configuration to see how much you can configure these emails. You can also configure more emails under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Signup Confirmation Email and Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Specific Post/Page Confirmation Email. Be aware of what email your users are referring to, so that you don’t edit the incorrect email. ;) – Eduan |

Yes that is correct. So technically you would have to create your own custom roles, and modify s2Member so that it works with those roles, or something along those lines. In the end though, if you want to use s2Member for something like this you’ll definitely have to dive into the code and modify s2Member. – Eduan |

Hello Niels, With the pro version you can. Without the pro version of s2Member you can’t. You would do it with the free registration pro-form: – Eduan |

Mainly if you don’t encrypt the buttons they can modify the buttons, so they could practically pay 0.01 cents if he’s a skilled user. Besides your privacy possibly being not private any more. :) – Eduan |

Hello Marc, I’m afraid s2Member doesn’t have this kind of structure yet. The closest you can get to this AFAIK is like what’s described in this video: Video » s2Member (Client Portals?) – Eduan |

Hello Brooke, I’m afraid s2Member doesn’t work cross-site. One site is different from another and s2Member doesn’t do anything to keep several websites connected and stuff like that. So if you want to sell different products on different websites, keeping track of all the users in one place, s2Member doesn’t work for that. – Eduan |

I can’t really provide any help with that. :/ Perhaps you could encrypt it, or hide it with CSS or something… Personally I don’t think that live-streams work being private. At least not live-streams you get on a website. For that you would probably need some kind of webinar software or something of the like and for paid customers offer them access to the call somehow. That’s all I can come up with… |
