Basically a table that contains the level, prices and info about the product? And you need it to output a URL, instead of a PayPal button? – Eduan |

Hello Dario, I’m sorry for this error, here’s a topic you’ll be interested in regarding changing to a previous version: However you’re the only user that seems to be reporting this so we can’t take this as a real bug report. :/ – Eduan |

Here’s the link Jason pointed me to with his answer: Seems it’ll work perfectly for your needs. :) You can have your users select what custom capability they want, in case you’re interested. You would just igve the shortcode values through PHP: Knowledge Base » Using Variables In A Shortcode – Eduan |

I see. Glad you solved the problem. :) Just something I want to point out though. If you are putting the shortcode in between the [raw][/raw] tags then the shortcode won’t be processed by WordPress. – Eduan |

Well… Are your users checking the checkbox agreeing that they want to be part of the mailing list? And after that, are they actually confirming the subscription, which the should receive in their email. – Eduan |

Hello JD, I’m afraid it’s not possible to do this without a little bit of coding. You’ll have to custom code this. You’ll have to do some JavaScript code that checks the email aren’t any of these. It would be good to also add the PHP check for that. :) – Eduan |

Hello Olu, Is the static page you’re selecting protected by s2Member, yes or no? And also, the reason they’re not getting redirected is most likely because of your settings under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Alternative View Protection. – Eduan |

Ah I see. I’ll check with Jason to see if it’s possible to reference the user’s field selection upon registration. I’m sure it’s possible I just don’t know how. :) Using these values you should be able to use them as conditionals and use a JavaScript redirect according to the value. – Eduan |

Hello Michael, I’m afraid there isn’t currently a way to do a squeeze page functionality flawlessly with s2Member. First, you need the pro version. The pro version comes along with two functionalities that might work how you need it. It allows your shortcodes to contain the success attribute, which will tell the shortcode to redirect to that URL once the payment is completed (not the registration, the payment). Second it has one-time offers upon login. So you can set it up so that the first time the user logs in he gets redirected to the squeeze page. In any case both require you to have th epro version of s2Member. – Eduan |

I see that makes sense. Well in the first case, where you disable logging by changing the folder permissions. I wouldn’t be surprised if you get errors when you do it this way. s2Member is still trying to log, but it can’t so it throws errors at you, like the ones you’re receiving. In the second case, you disable logging through s2Member. In other words tell s2Member to stop logging, instead of not allowing it to (see the difference?). You accomplish this under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration. If it’s the second one you shouldn’t be getting any errors, if it’s the first one then it’s no wonder you’re getting errors. :) Does that explain it well? – Eduan |

Hello Jeff, I can understand where the confusion comes from. Just a question, are you trying to disable logging by changing the permissions on the folder? Or by telling s2Member to no longer log? – Eduan |

You can find this under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons. :)
No, without custom coding or the pro version of s2Member, you can’t.
If you use buttons yes. Check this article for more info: Knowledge Base » Using Variables In A Shortcode
I’m afraid no. This is not possible yet with s2Member. :/ – Eduan |

Hello Charles, So basically you want to approve the user before he can buy membership correct? If that’s the case then it’s pretty simple.:
Would a process like that work for your purposes? It’s the best way if what you want to do is approve users before they can pay for access. :) – Eduan |

Hello Adrian, I’m afraid this is not possible with the current s2Member. Banks aren’t supported, only payment gateways like PayPal, Authorize.net, Google Checkout etc. They pay to your banks through these payment gateways (at least PayPal allows that). If you want to receive payments with your bank you’ll have to make sure that your bank is supported through all the countries where you want to accept payments from. And also you’ll have to integrate it with s2Member. However we can’t provide any help with that. You can hire a freelancer to do this for you though at websites like elance.com, freelancer.com, jobs.wordpress.net etc. – Eduan |
