Well s2Member’s logging feature can be found under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration.

In there you will find a way to enable/disable the things that s2Member logs… Perhaps what you need is in there?

Hello there,

I’m not sure I understand what the problem you’re experiencing is…

If I understood correctly you are experiencing trouble with EOT and users that re-buy the subscription before the EOT… Correct?

Like their EOT doesn’t get added correctly. Is that correct?

hello Nehama,

For this you would need to create your own pro-form template.

So you’re gonna have your own custom applicatio in order to add customers? And you need a method to import those into WordPress automagically?

Hello Lavish,

I’m afraid we can’t provide any help with this kind of issue, besides the fact I don’t know the answer. :)

The best help i can provide is a link to the common trouble shooting tips: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips

Hello Marcus,

Could you please provide an example using URLs? Thanks!

Also, to what page did you set your membership options page?

I just made sure what Vulnero is. lol

OK, so, do you have these issues without a Vulnero WordPress website? Yes or no?

If yes, then the answer is simple. The cause of the problem is Vulnero, since it modifies core WordPress features.

The difference between those two URLs is that one has variables and the other one has actual values.

So you just need to process the first one and then you have what iDevAffiliate calls output.

Hello Jay,

I’m afraid s2Member doesn’t have a trial period.

And here’s it’s refund policy: s2Member® » Terms » Refund Policy

Hello Gary,

What are your settings under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration?

If they’re enabled then s2Member is not gonna display the security badge as safe.

In your button you just need to change the output attribute’s value to “url” I believe…

Hello Gurname,

I’m not sure I understand your question…

Your question is how users would upgrade/downgrade from on level to another?

Now the payment for the software and subscriptions are all done off-line and we have no current intention to put it online.

Hello Gary, could you please expand on what you mean with this?

You mean the website and such will be online (obviously) but the database for WordPress etc. will not be in the same server?

Please expand on this. :)

OK well, if your static page is protected by s2Member it’s no wonder s2Member is redirecting correctly. However remember having the homepage as a protected page is not good practice.

I’m not sure what setting would cause the problem. Just try enabling them all, and if it fixes the issue that’s good, or vice-versa. It’s all about experimenting.

Does the same problem occur if you enable double opt-in?

Also, check both of these videos to make sure you’re doing the integration correctly:

Video » s2Member (List Server Issues?)

Hello Jason,

In both of these cases, are they accepting signing up for MailChimp?

In other words, are they checking the checkbox that says they want to join the mailing list, and are they confirming their joining the mailing list when the confirmation email arrives?

Hello James,

If you want to offer downloads that don’t require any kind of registration then you just need to not put them in the s2member-files folder.

If you put them in that folder they’ll be protected at level 0. So if you don’t want them protected just upload them to some place else. :)

Hello Biswajit,

Basically, all those Vulnero pages are redirecting to the homepage instead of to the membership options page?

Or they’re redirecting to the homepage regardless of if they’re protected or not?

The error it gives you is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function geoip_record_by_name() in /home/content/62/10870362/html/wp-content/plugins/s2member-control/s2member-control.php on line 37

correct?

In any case, could you please try these common trouble shooting tips to start off with:
Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips

This is not an error that s2member has by default, so it’s most probably an error that only you have, and you’ll find the culprit with those common trouble shooting tips. :)

Hello Senthil,

This is not handled by s2Member. It is handled by your payment processor (Authorize.net).

You’ll have to check with Authorize.net if you can do it, and if you can then s2Member also can.

However, it’s very unlikely that hourly recurring payments are possible.

Oops, sorry about that, forgot to give you Jason’s answer regarding OUTPUT. :P

By OUTPUT they mean the final tracking code and/or URL with all Replacement Codes having been filled in, so that iDev can see what they are actually receiving on their end.

2. Generating button codes. I’d like to use tables but I would need a button URL and not the code. Not sure how to do this or if it exists either.

You can just change the output attribute in the shortcode from “button” to “url” I think, and it’ll give you an URL instead of a button I think.
