Hello Roger, Yes you will. :) You would use your client’s account to receive support, and since you’re not the owner of the account, it is preferred you say so at the beginning of your post (e.g. “I’m {client’s name} developer”, etc.), so that we may give you the instructions accordingly. ;) – Eduan |

Hello Maryr, So basically you can access the pages even though they’re protected? Can you confirm that you logged out as an admin, and then cleared your browser’s cache, and then tried accessing those pages? Also, just to make sure, have you setup your membership options page? Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Membership Options Page. If not please do so and try again. If nothing happens after you try these steps, could you please try these common trouble shooting tips: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips – Eduan |

Hello Noam, These are the answers to your questions:
Impossible, you cannot achieve this without modifying WordPress itself, also if you remove it then you can’t login yourself as an admin.
Also impossible, for reasons above. I suggest you look into something different than WordPress. WordPress is designed to present ocontent, but removing both of these options is out of the question in WordPress. – Eduan |

Hello Ronnie, I am not aware of any plugin that can achieve this… However these forums are for s2Member specific stuff. Will this plugin do anything special with your members or s2Member’s functionalities? – Eduan |

Hello Fernon, s2Member integrates with iDevAffiliate and ShareASale, however I’m not sure if you can achieve what you want with them. Check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Tracking to find both of these integrations. – Eduan |

Hello Andy, Theme My Login is known to cause issues with s2Member. First, it’s functionality does not work with s2Member, s2Member overrides it. And second, I believe it causes conflicts with s2Member’s JavaScript. s2Member allows you to customize your login/registration page, you can do so under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Login Registration Design. – Eduan |

Hello Sherry, I suppose you customized the logo under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Login Registration Design, correct? If so, have you tried clearing your browser’s cache? It might be the cause. :) |

Hello Thomas, I’m afraid this is not integrated in s2Member like this. However there is a workaround. Make them register for free (using the free registration pro-form) at level 0. Then once they’re logged in as a level 0 user they can see the pay-now pro-form/button. So it would go with this flow: Register page (register at level 0) -> Send password -> User logs in -> Payment page (pay for level 1) – Eduan |

Ah I see! As far as I’m aware they’re static. However your theme may have modified them. You will need to modify your theme (if your theme did change it) or WordPress (if your theme didn’t do it). – Eduan |

Excellent Lee! Thanks for sharing the solution. Just an FYI, I recommend you use “OR” instead of “or”, since that’s the way it actually is if you use those words in code. :) – Eduan |
