Hello Brad, I’m afraid I can’t provide any help with this. Just wanted to say sorry. Cause even I that read every post for some reason didn’t get notified of this one. I’m sure they just missed it, and with the Christmas and new year deal it just slipped. :) – Eduan |

Hello Michael, I would suggest you check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Alternative View Protection and make sure the necessary settings are set for your needs. Also if you just want to protect the entire website then you can just put a “/” (without the quotes) inside Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› URI Access Restrictions. – Eduan |

Basically you mean like to make a black list for each browser? So this plugin can’t run on this browser, things like that? – Eduan |

OK, so I have two things for you to try: First, make sure that you have a plugin like PHP Execution installed or something similar. Next, when testing this do it from an account that isn’t an admin account, otherwise s2Member will just stop the payment for security measures. – Eduan |

Hello Victor, I’m afraid that this is not possible. You need to upgrade the pro version manually or have it upgrade automatically by some script. In the time that this pro version is not updated/installed the pro login widget can not remain active. So you might be interested in making a script that upgrades it along with the rest. :) – Eduan |

Hello Carme, Check this video for how download restrictions and other related stuff works: Video » s2Member (File Download Options) When using advanced downloads you can use them alone without the specific post/page restrictions. – Eduan |

Hello Scott, That indicates that you do not have the pro version installed, and so you can’t access the options regarding pro-forms. Follow these instructions to install the pro version of s2Member: Once you have the pro version you have access to all the payment processors listed under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Other Gateways. Hope this helps. :) |

I see, then could you please enable logging? You can do that under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging. Then try another test transaction and see what it gives you. Also, please try these common troubleshooting tips and tell me how it goes: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips – Eduan |

Hello Dan, That’s strange, it’s actually impossible to restrict the homepage with s2member, except using URI restrictions (Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› URI Access Restrictions). Does this happen on a fresh install of WordPress and s2Member? Well, to answer your question. Yes, you can have parts of your blog or website that are not restricted, in fact this is desirable, you just need to not protect those pages. :) – Eduan |

Hello Lizabeth, I’m afraid this case is not covered in the refund policy. s2Member® » Terms » Refund Policy However if you only bought a single-site license or a multi-site license it doesn’t really matter what plan your designer wants, you can always use the pro version for it’s pros. :) – Eduan |

Hello Michele, You would place these s2Member conditional shortcodes in your membership options page, or the login welcome page, whichever you prefer. :) – Eduan |

Hello Rob, I’m pretty sure s2Member’s system prevents this, making sure the user actually has access to that file. You can try it out however if you want. :) – Eduan |

I’m not sure if it’s related either, the fact that you use the PayPal sandbox. I suggest you try not using the PayPal sandbox. Rather use a friend’s account or something like that to test the behavior the user will really have. In other words, don’t use PayPal sandbox, use real transactions. Also I’m pretty sure it’s not possible to avoid this page if you’re using PayPal. Pretty sure PayPal puts it, not s2Member, however I’m not sure. – Eduan |

No problem, glad it’s going well. :) I would suggest that you make a GitHub page for it, it allows for better issue management and better feature request management: https://github.com/ Coders will be able to help more freely if you do that. :) – Eduan |

Hello Mark, In order to achieve this with s2Member you need to send the content to each member manually, you can’t do this by default with s2Member. And I’m afraid I’m not familiar with other membership management plugins, except s2Member. – Eduan |
