The check looks fine.

I hope the live transactions work better for you than the sandbox.

Nigel, Express Checkout doesn’t enable on-site payments. For onsite payments you need PayPal Pro. http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2634

OK, so if I understand correctly, you’re using Gravity Forms so the user registers an account, which you can approve before it becomes active, and then you send them to the pro-form to pay without logging in, so they’re not in their account, so the account doesn’t get upgraded by the payment.

If you won’t let them login before they pay, why do you need them to register first? What you could do is have a contact form to request the approval and then you send them the link to the pro-form to register and pay. Would that work for you?

I hope that helps.

Thanks Franck.

I got your email and checked out the site. I enabled logging so we get logs from the transactions to gather more info. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Google® Checkout Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite]

Did you configure your Google API integration as shown here? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Google® Checkout Options -› Google API v2.5 Integration[/hilite]

Instead of waiting for a new customer, with an edited version of your button’s shortcode, change it to 1 cent so you can test yourself to see the behavior and get log entries.

Once you have another transaction with the problem, please get all the related entries from every file in the s2member-logs directory, even if it says PayPal in the name. You can send them using the contact form. s2Member® » Private Contact Form

I hope that helps.

Hi Marty.

I’m sorry it’s giving you this trouble. It isn’t an issue users normally have.

I went to your page again and looked at the HTML looking for the links to s2Member’s CSS and JavaScript files. They are all missing the variables that should be there. Forthe CSS you have:

http://www.counselored.com/wp-content/plugins/s2member/s2member-o.php

when it should be something like this:

http://www.counselored.com/wp-content/plugins/s2member/s2member-o.php?ws_plugin__s2member_css=1&qcABC=1&ver=120517-120517-3877210468

If you open each, you’ll see the difference between them. The same is true for the JavaScript URLs.

If it’s not the theme, then it’s probably another plugin causing this, I can’t think of anything else. Please test deactivating the other plugins one by one and reloading the page with the pro-form after each to see if the problem is gone. If you’re using a caching plugin, deactivate that one first so the changes from the other deactivations are shown properly.

I hope that helps!

Right, if they upgrade early, the paid time they had left in the previous subscription will be lost.

You need to know when the payment happened, when the paid time ends. You could use the payment notification with a custom script that stores this info in the db. With that you can then adjust the upgrade payment or times to take the paid time left into account.

Does that help?

Adam, I’m sorry, but I haven’t received your email, it’s not there. I don’t know why it hasn’t arrived.

Please try emailing me directly: xxxx

Thanks, got your email.

I found that the keys in your wp-config.php file are about 25 chars long, when they should be at least 60 chars long as one of the badge requisites. http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Security_Keys

I didn’t check the rest of the requisites, but you can do so following the points listed in this post, please: http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15600&p=48551#p48550

I hope it helps!

That’s good! I’m glad you sorted it out. Thanks for the update. :)

That’s weird, it should be encrypted, not like that. Could you verify that you have encryption enabled? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Encryption[/hilite]

OK- have sent you the form with login details. Thanks!!

Thank you for the info, Eva.

OK, I found a couple of things wrong:

– The Instant Notification URL you had in ClickBank was using version 1.0 instead of 2.1.[hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› IPN Integration[/hilite]

– The thank-you page you entered for the products don’t point to s2Member. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Thank-You Page Integration[/hilite]

I didn’t make a test purchase because I can’t fix the thank-you page one for you, although I did fix the IPN one.

I hope that helps!

Got your email, thanks.

I see. It seems to be a JavaScript conflict.

To test what’s causing it, could you change your theme to the default TwentyEleven? If that doesn’t solve it, could you deactivate other plugins one by one and check that page after each?

Let me know if that helps.

Ben, you’re missing the ClickBank IPN/Secret Key in your configuration. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› IPN Integration[/hilite]

This post gives helpful info on how to get it: http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/how-do-i-integrate-clickbank/#post-12414

I hope that helps!

Hi Andre.

Thanks for reporting this.

I’m glad you improved it with QuickCache. I’ll notify Jason about that setting helping in your case.

Tell me, in your tests, did you try deactivating other plugins one by one and benchmarking the site again after each? It is possible that there is a conflict with one of them and it’d be good to find which. During these tests, it’d be better to remove the caching and doing it at a time that you have less traffic to your site.

Let me know how it goes! I hope it helps.

Cool. Let us know how that goes, please.

I added this feature to the requests list I’m keeping. Thanks for the idea! :)

Thanks Eva.

I removed the screenshots and card from your post for security reasons.

Yes, please send the ClickBank login if you’re OK with that. s2Member® » Private Contact Form

Hi Nicole.

In [hilite mono]/level1[/hilite] you’d need to have a conditional that shows the content to Level 1 only, [hilite mono]/level2[/hilite] conditional for Level 2, etc.

That said, you can try customizing the s2Member Level roles removing the access capabilities to the other levels. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/

I hope that helps. :)

Adam, have you tried archiving them into a zip file? You can also send more than one email to attach the files separately. Please include login info, in case Jason wants to run some diagnostics in your site. Thanks!

Franck, did you start a thread about that? Could you link to it? Thanks!

Cool.

In case it’s of any help, I’ve heard very good things about this self-hosted tracking solution: Prosper202. Maybe you can customize it to do what you want, saving you from writing the whole thing. http://prosper.tracking202.com/apps/

I hope that helps. :)

You’re welcome. :)

Thanks for the kudos. :)

Just copy the file into the mu-plugins, no directory structure. The file can be named the same as the original. Leave the class’ name as it is or s2 won’t know about it. There won’t be a namespace conflict because s2 checks if it exists before defining it.
