No, he told me it isn’t possible. For now, the only way would be if you manage the EOT manually instead of leaving it to s2Member to do everythingn automatically. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Authorize.Net® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior[/hilite] You could leave s2Member’s Auto EOT enabled and what you’ll do manually is change the EOT time in the user’s profile after you receive the last payment, so that instead of the end of that last term paid, it’ll be at the end of 2 years after signup. |

Hi Josiah. Well, you should enable logging if you want to debug this, it’s very helpful. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration[/hilite] Try to find someone with an Amex card to run some tests, even if 1 cent purchases. |

Hi Chris. Did you review your logs to see if there’s more info about the problem? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› s2Member® Log Viewer[/hilite] Did you also review your PayPal integration to make sure everything’s in order? s2Member doesn’t have a setting to affect that, other than in the logout link of the widget, but even that can be changed by another plugin or the theme. You can follow the tips here to find if it’s the theme or another plugin causin this behavior on logout. Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips |

I’d need to see your logs and the integration. Could you submit the site’s info? Please include ClickBank’s so I can review the integration there and use the test card for a test purchase. Ah, and the page where the CB button you’re using is. Please let me know when you sent it. s2Member® » Private Contact Form By the way, the thank-you page URL in the [hilite mono]s2member_pro_clickbank_return_success[/hilite] variable, should be encoded. http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/dencoder/ Ah, and I see you just write thebinarysignals.com, but your site is using the www subdomain. You need to be consistend with this. Please read this: Knowledge Base » Don't Mix www, — and Without! |

s2Member doesn’t do this… I think this is a server thing. If you’re using the s2member-files folder, it’d be your server, if using Amazon, then it’d be with them. Try asking the hosting you’re using how it could be done, they may know how to do it if it’s possible. |

You can protect all posts and pages at level 0, adding [hilite mono]all[/hilite] to the level 0 field in the Page and Post access restrictions. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Post Access Restrictions[/hilite] Then you can add the ID of particular posts or pages to a higher level too. I’m afraid that when using [hilite mono]all[/hilite] there isn’t a way to unprotect a particular one yet, though. |

The advantage of the Amazon URLs is that they expire after a while, so the even if the user has the URL, it won’t work past that time. You can learn more about Amazon link expiration here: http://www.s2member.com/kb/amazon-s3-and-cloudfront-link-expiration/ |

Hi Ira. So the problem is that instead of the image you get that XML file? I don’t know why that happens, I guess some configuration in Amazon… I’ll ask Jason about it. About completely wiping out the Amazon integration to reconfigure it, you can try this in case it helps: http://www.s2member.com/kb/reset-the-amazon-s3-cloudfront-integration/ |

Hi Nathaniel. Well, users could register free if you enable Open Registartions and they’d be at Level 0. Or you can use the free registration pro-form to register them for free at higher levels. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Open Registration[/hilite] The content can be protected at Level 0 so only logged in users can see it, or level 1 if you want to reserve level 0 for those you don’t want to have access to the content anymore. Would something like that work? |

Right, the login session is managed by WordPress, not s2Member. |

I can’t really say. It depends on what your limited PHP understanding is. I’d suggest that you try hacking it and if it’s above you, then hire someone. Trying to figure it out, even if you don’t succeed, will surely teach you new things that will be useful to you in the future. |

I’d stick to the username, which is unique to that user and available to you to quickly figure out his page’s URL or the ccap. If the username is [hilite mono]john123[/hilite], then the ccap would be [hilite mono]john123[/hilite] and the page’s slug [hilite mono]john123[/hilite]. That way, knowing the username, the admin can quickly type his page’s URL and can be linked to very easily in the account page. For example: [hilite pre_code]My Page [/hilite] [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› PHP/API Constants[/hilite]
You could look for a plugin that lets you email users, then after updating his page, you go email him. Or you’d need to create a hack that monitors these user page edits and emails the user automatically using the page slug to figure out what user and from that his email address. |

Marco, the gateway value should not be changed, it should be “paypal”. If you want to save that extra info, I guess you could do it with WordPress’ [hilite mono]add_option[/hilite]. http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_option That won’t display it in the user profile, though, you’ll have to get that value with [hilite mono]get_option[/hilite]. http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_option |

Hi Courtney. You used the rrt attribute correctly to limit the monthly payments to 6. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Authorize.Net® Pro Forms -› Shortcode Attributes -> rrt[/hilite] The problem here is that the EOT time would be set at the end of the 6th month, at which point the EOT behavior would happen. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Authorize.Net® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior[/hilite] I’ll ask Jason if anything can be done about it. |
