Hello Martin, I didn’t find any problems with the first log, but I did find a problem with the two last logs. So, I gotta clarify something important. s2Member does not automatically create the user’s account, s2Member just makes sure the payment was received, and gives the user access to the registration page that applies for the level he paid for. So the problems from the logs simply mean that the account was never created, and so it can’t do certain things. And for the problem that users are not saved when you create them: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Anthony, I believe there is no way to shorten the URL, I think the few people I’ve seen do it, have actually come up with a messed up page/URL. The only way I can think of for restricting access to it is by using conditonals, and saying something like you don’t have access to this page. You can find the conditionals under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Simple/Shortcode Conditionals. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Spencer, The reason for this is that non-logged in users do not actually have access to level 0. Level 0 users are users that are registered for free. Non-logged in users don’t actually hae a level, not even level 0. So if you want everyone to be able to see certain posts/pages then I suggest you simply don’t protect them. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Brian, Does this also happen with a different theme? Does this also happen with the default WordPress theme (TwentyEleven)? If it doesn’t, then it means this is an incompatibility issue with your theme, most probably because your theme is not loading files in the correct way or something along those lines. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello there, This isn’t currently possible with s2Member, unless you have different WordPress installations for each language. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Nora, Not very sure actually, but I’m pretty sure you would have to hack the whole process, not only modify a function. Hope this helps: :) |

Hello Tuhin, Simply, in the PayPal button that gives the access to the level 2, just also give access to all your ccaps. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Neil, I could only offer some advice on this, first, have you tried doing a compatibility test with other plugins? Just deactivate every plugin except s2Member, and then activate them again one by one until the problem appears again, of course, remember to make tests with each plugin you activate. Also try doing this with the theme, just change the theme to the default theme and see if the problem dissappears, the default theme is TwentyEleven btw. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Alastair, The only way to do this with the free version would be to hack this in yourself or pay a freelancer to do this for you. If you have the pro version you could use the s2Member login widget, and you could also add the widget into a post. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Martin, I believe once the user pays he is redirected to your website for him to register, that is if everything is OK. Do you have logging enabled? Please make sure you do under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging. And when you have another payment could you please post it under the code tags. Thanks, and looking forward to it. :) |

Hello Nora, I believe this is not possible with s2Member as it is right now. You would need to hack this or pay a developer to do it for you. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Joe, You can probably achieve this using Advanced PHP conditionals, they would allow you to do all kinds of ifs in order to achieve what you need. You can find it under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Advanced PHP Conditionals. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Kurt, Have you tried making a plugin compatibility test? Basically, you just disable every plugin except s2Member, and then try activating them one by one, until the problem appears again, when it appears again the culprit has been found. ;) Please tell me how it goes, and hope this helps. :) |

Hello there, I believe an experienced translator did say that it isn’t recommended to use the CodeStyling Localization plugin, because it might miss some important strings. You might be interested in this FAQ though, which should answer your question: Hope this helps. :) |
