Hello Dan, thanks for your inquiry. Could you please post the logs for the transaction? You will find the logs under \wp-content\plugins\s2member-logs. Please post it under the code tags. Thanks! |

Hello Tai, thanks for your inquiry. This is currently not possible with s2Member, atleast not by default. You will need to do some code in order to do this. Hope this helps. :) |

Thanks for letting us know! Glad you were able to solve your problem. The reason that you couldn’t see them is because you probably put a specific level the user should have to see that field, since the admin technically has a higher level than 4, he will only see the level 4 stuff. Hope this clears something up! :) |

Thanks for the follow-up.
Excellent!
Yes, most of the other payment gateways available with the pro version offer the same kind of options.
I’m not very sure what you mean… If you mean that there’s any gateway(s) that don’t require SSL to function correctly, I believe the ones that come with s2Member pro don’t require this. Though I’m not so sure so I’ll ask our lead developer Jason, and see what he has to answer…
Thanks for the Kudos! |

Thanks for the follow-up. I’m sorry, it seems I misunderstood the original question. Very sorry. In that case, what you should do is simply create different buttons under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons, in there you will find different button generator for different levels. You simply generate a button for the level that you want, and generate different buttons for the same level, depending on the duration of the subscription. For more info on PayPal buttons please check this video: It is now a little outdated, but it still works the same. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Thomas, thanks for your inquiry. Here is a post of a user who has accomplished this in the past: You might also be interested in this post by Jason in the old forums: Note, that while it’s not exactly the same field, it is the same result. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello there, thanks for your inquiry. Have you taken a look at custom capabilities (a.k.a. CCaps)? You can find them under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Custom Capabilities. We also have a video on CCaps: Would CCaps work for you? |

Hello Martin, thanks for your inquiry. That is not possible with s2Member, you would have to handle that on the PayPal side. That said, you can translate the button itself, in other words, use your own translated image. On how to use the translated button image check this KBA (Knowledge Base Article): Also, with the pro version of s2Member you have at your disposal pro-forms, which allow you to process the whole checkout in your website, without the need of going to paypal.com. Pro-forms can be translated, check this link on how to do this: For more info on pro-forms check this KBA: Would one of these work for your needs? |

Hello Joe, thanks for the follow-up. You will find the log entries under WordPress Directory -> wp-content -> plugins -> s2member-logs. You have to access these files through FTP in order to find them. Hope this helps. :) |

Thanks for the follow-up. Yes that may be a working solution. As long as it’s well made it shouldn’t conflict with s2Member, if you find any problems please tell us. I’m glad you were able to solve your problem. :) |

Hello Nola, thanks for the follow-up.
There is a little blank bar almost at the top-right side of the website, you type whatever you’re looking for there and you hit enter to search.
They would be completely manual, unless configured otherwise. You see, the pages are protected, and only if your client gives them the link would they be able to access the page with the pro-form in it. So you would protect page for level 1 registration with specific post/page access restrictions, once protected you will put a pro-form there for the user to register at level 1. And whenever your client wants a new member level 1 he can simply generate the link for the specific post/page access restrictions.
I believe this is not possible, and if it were, it would be a WordPress thing entirely, since the confirmation email is entirely sent by WordPress. :/
See my answer above… I hope this helps. :) |

Hello Mike, thanks for your inquiry. If with “PayPal ‘purchase’ process” you mean the buy-now, non-recurring buttons, then yes, this is possible. With both the free version, and the pro version of s2Member. Simply under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons, select the level you want to generate the button for, and just change it one of the dropdowns, from Monthly ( recurring charge, for ongoing access) to the PayPal buy now section of the dropdown, which will allow you to offer only one time payments. Does this answer your question? |

Hello Nola, thanks for your inquiry. A question: is BuddyPress activated as a plugin? If it was, could you please try doing a plugin compatibility test? Simply deactivate every plugin except s2Member and BuddyPress, if it works, then activate one at a time, until the problem appears again. Could you also please try making a theme compatibility test? Just go back to the default TwentyEleven theme. Thanks, and I hope this helps. :) |

Hello Terry, thanks for your inquiry. Before you hire someone for this, have you tried using s2Member conditionals? You can find them under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Simple/Shortcode Conditionals. There is also a KBA (Knowledge Base Article) on this: Does this solve your problem? |

Adding that kind of data to the button/pro-form shortcode is very possible, with custom capabilities. I forgot to mention them, but they do require work on your end. Please check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Custom Capabilities for instructions. There is also a video by Jason on custom capabilities: Would this work for you? |
