That’s strange, that tells me that s2Member is not being able to communicate with PayPal, or vice-versa. Could you check if you have logging enabled under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging? If you don’t, wait until this happens again and show me both logs of the transaction (s2Member creates 2 different logs for each transaction). If you do, could you show the logs of one of those accounts? Remember to use <code></code> tags. Also remember to X out any personal or private info. – Eduan |

Hello Simeon, Currently you’re not able to know at what level the post/page is protected, or if it is at all. At least not a simple way. But you can separate the content for different levels, check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Advanced PHP Conditionals. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Charles, I’m afraid there’s not automatic way to do this at the moment, you would have to manually edit your theme and insert the PHP conditionals. Hope this helps. :) |

Hmm, OK. Well as far as I’m aware, the login widget simply copies the login page that WordPress uses, not sure on that, but you can probably edit this file (in your installation) and check if there’s something you recognize. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Kim, From what I’ve read in these forums, this problem is mostly caused by your theme. You can contact your theme’s developer about this so that he can fix it. In the mean time, you would probably be interested in using the TRUEedit plugin, disabling all the filters except the do_shortcode one. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Sean, I think you can achieve this, not sure if it’ll work with your setup though. Basically, you would use specific post restrictions for each page, each page will contain a download link. Check out the following, for specific post page access: For download protections check: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Takis, From the best of my knowledge, s2Member does not store any EOT info for recurring payments, only for one-time payments. It does store it when PayPal notifies s2Member that the subscription is about to end, but from what I know, it does not store it after that, and it stores it so soon to the EOT, that it really doesn’t help. This is what I know. Regarding one-time payments, it does store the EOT. I’m not really clear on how this one works so I can’t offer much insight. This is from what I know, what I’ve learned through the forums. There may be some things that are wrong, but only Raam or Cristián can confirm that. Hope this helps. :) |

Yes you would simply pay the difference. You would have an upgrade button under the My Account page, which would allow you to upgrade, only paying the difference. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Lesley, I’m not sure I can help you in any helpful way. But I can answer this, the reason you don’t receive any answers is because you are posting in the community forums, which depends solely on the community members. If you want to receive help from the support reps you will have to buy a license of the pro version of s2Member, and post on the customer support forums. – Eduan |

Hello Simeon, This error by s2Member exists so that you don’t accidentally lose admin access. It only appears to admin accounts or accounts that have admin powers. So I suggest you make a free account, with a different computer/IP, and test with that one, see if you still get the same error. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello David, If under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards you have it on, then you only need to activate it again and your s2Member should be back to normal. I don’t know what you would need to do if you didn’t have them activated… Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Skip, Crisitán has mentioned several times that this is in the works, they have considered it, and confirmed it’s availability in the new s2Member release, or at least a good API in order to make new payment gateway integrations easily. Hope this answers your question. :) |

Hello Chris, From what I know, the pro-form doesn’t have a “Forgot your password?” link, at least not the registration pro-form. Are you referring to the form in your-site.com/wp-login.php?action=register? Or are you referrring to the login widget, that you can call with PHP? – Eduan |

You can’t have protected files with iTunes, at least s2Member is not integrated that way. So if you want to integrate s2Member with iTunes you would have to contact Apple, and ask them if it’s possible. Although from what I know, integrating with iTunes is not possible, at least if you’re not an app. – Eduan |
