Hello Quint, No there aren’t any news about this, however, the new s2Member they’re developing will have a new API for integrating payment gateways, making it relatively simple for developers to integrate new gateways. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Pirco,
Yes, the link they are given is the only way to access the content, for security reasons.
For that kind of situation you would generate another link and send it to them by email, you can find a link generator under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Specific Post/Page Access Links Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Kim, I’m sorry, I’m a bit confused for what you need. If possible, could you please talk in level/ccap terms so that I can see it from s2Member’s point of view? Thanks. :) |

I’ll send Jason an email and see what he has to say about this, as this may be a bug. :) |

Hmm, I believe this work-flow is not possible with s2Member, even pro. Although it might be worth to ask in the pre-sale questions forum and see if any of the support reps can offer any ideas. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Shaun, Have you made sure the users have the necessary level and ccaps? Also, have you made sure those pages are protected at the level/ccap they should be? Have you used URI restrictions or specific post/page restrictions? |

Hello Rachel, You can check the videos that Jason (lead developer) has made, they’re pretty good for beginners: I suggest you start with the general options page video. ;) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Jay, Well if you have the pro version of s2Member, you can use the code found here: Also, you could set the login welcome page to redirect to a custom URL, that URL would be what you setup. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Max, No this is not possible, although you can generate 1 cent buttons, which work the same but you only pay 1 cent. ;) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Kelli, You could use s2Member conditionals, which would allow you to setup a special text for those that don’t have access, check this article for more info: Also, you might be interested in the options under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Alternative View Protection. Hope this helps. :) |

OK Mark, thanks for that. Could you please try the following file?: Upload it to your WordPress directory and open it in a browser: Make sure that it’s a PHP file and not a zip file. ;) Please if possible show a screenshot of the results, remember there are several pages. :) |

No that is not possible I’m afraid, you would have to change s2Member itself to remove this, and not in just 1 place. :/ |

Hello Hari, I’m sorry to hear it didn’t work, could you as a last test try changing your theme to the default theme (TwentyEleven). That is possible, although just take into account it wouldn’t be encrypted, and so I believe techie bastards will be able to modify some payment info and stuff. When you generate the PayPal button, below the shortcode field is the HTML version. It’s important you install a plugin like PHP Execution because it can sometimes contain PHP. Hope this helps. :) |

I mean using Firebug to find the style that is being applied, then search for that style inside s2Member’s files. |

Try deactivating TinyMCE to start with, that may cause a problem, if it doesn’t help, try the other two. |
