Hello Jim, Pretty sure it would be in the free version, otherwise upgrading to s2Member pro would be a hassle, and the pro version would only be expanding the free version, not changing it. ;) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Roman, Well I believe the s2Member levels only extend the subscriber role, could you try accessing something that requires level 1 and see if the user can access it. Thanks. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Douglas,
Simply enable button encryption under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Enable button encryption?, and also, don’t use the HTML version of the button, only use the shortcode version. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Ian, Well as far as I can see, the log doesn’t show anything unusual, from my knowledge (which is just basic). Although, have you tried running the server check tool by Jason? You can download it here: http://www.s2member.com/r/server-check-tool To use it, upload it to your WordPress main directory (the one that contains wp-content and wp-config.php etc.), and open it in a browser, if you get any error at all (remember it has several pages) please post an image of the error, or copy paste the error it gave. – Eduan |

There already is a similar idea to that Synergy, check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Unique IP Access Restrictions. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Hampus, The pro version of s2Member supports AliPay, the free version doesn’t. If you want an idea of how it works, then you can check out under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options and Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons, I believe AliPay will work in a similar manner, just remember you don’t have the pro-forms that are available with PayPal pro. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Jane, Do you have button encryption enabled under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -> Enable Button Encryption?, if not, please do, and follow the instructions there to enable it on PayPal’s side also. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Vahur, So if I understood correctly (correct me if I’m wrong), the problem you’re having is that users that use the modification buttons don’t actually upgrade/downgrade correctly? And also the admin side of s2Member doesn’t seem to work correctly? |

Hello Courtney, So here is the hack I mentioned: I repeat, this only works for PayPal buttons, can be modified to work with other payment gateways. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello David, It will be a generic “thank you for registering” page if I’m not mistaken, unless you use the success attribute, which you can find under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained) at the bottom. Hope this helps. :) |

In that case, you would need a hack that would check the amount the user inputted and change the shortcode depending on that, I can easily do this, it’s a very simple hack, in fact if you want I can post it here. The problem is, you would only be able to do this with a PayPal button, unless you do this with JavaScript, which would be pretty hard, since you will probably need to modify s2Member itself, even if a little. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Courtney, So if I understood correctly, you want to register the user with a pro-form, and make him pay any amount he wishes, correct? |

Hello Sarah, Well one way you could achieve this would be to make the widget area smaller, another way would be to edit the widget’s CSS in order to achieve the look you need. If needed, you can learn the necessary CSS here: http://w3schools.com/css/default.asp Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Sarah, You would add that to the style attribute that the button would have. I suggest you learn a little bit about CSS so you can achieve this correctly: http://w3schools.com/css/default.asp Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Mike, I believe there currently isn’t this kind of functionality, although you can make it so that the user can’t set his own password, that way the password will be sent to him by email, making it kind of a activation link function. Would this work for you? |

No problem, not really very advanced, just not SEO friendly at all. It’s the default one WordPress uses. |

Hello Moshe, That isn’t available within WordPress, you can only determine it using the URL right now, and that is if you use the correct permalink structure. So your best bet is to use that plugin. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Marcus, Could you please provide the full shortcode that you are using? Without changing the custom attribute at all, and could you please provide your website URL in order to be able to see if the custom attribute is correct. Thanks. ;) |

I’m sorry Deepa, I can’t really offer help with this, I haven’t used any affiliate software yet. Also, with what account did you buy the pro version? Your account still suggests you’re a free member. I suggest you make a post in the customer support forums with the account you did buy the pro version with. Hope this helps. :) |
