Hello Ayurveda, This field is controlled by WordPress I’m afraid, so if this is not already an option you will need to modify WordPress itself. :/ – Eduan |

Hello Ian, Take the following button for example:
Of course I shortened this, but notice the rp=”3″ attribute and the rt=”M” attribute. The rp attribute specifies the period for the regular button, it’s what makes it a 3 months button, or a 2 months button etc. The rt attribute specifies the time format that the rp attribute would use. So basically, you would change the rp attribute to 6 and it would work for 6 months, or days etc. Just make sure to modify your button according to this and you’re done. :) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Luis, What do you need to know? When s2Member stores it? How s2Member stores it? How it uses it? I can only provide extensive help on the first one, but for the other two you can probably find what you’re looking for in the s2Member codex: s2Member® » Codex (Source Code Docs) – Eduan |

Hello Mark, The installation instructions for s2Member pro you can find here: s2Member® » Pro » Install/Upgrade Instructions Basically, you download the pro version, and through FTP you upload it to your website, while still having the free version installed. Both versions have to be installed at the same time. :) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Blair,
This is not possible as-is, but there might be a work-around: Video » s2Member (Client Portals?) Or, if that’s not what you’re looking for, then you can customize a page depending on the user’s level or custom capabilities using s2Member conditionals, check this article for more info: Knowledge Base » s2Member® Conditionals
I’m not sure how the BuddyPress URL structure works, but currently the only way to block access to BuddyPress is using URI restrictions, which you can find under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› URI Access Restrictions. Hope this helps. :) |

Could you please paste here the shortcode that you’re trying to use? It would really helpful to be able to find out the issue. :)
This is expected behavior, since s2Member doesn’t know when this subscription might end, only PayPal knows, and when it happens it notifies s2Member and s2Member demotes the user.
You can generate a button for this, check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Subscr. Cancellation Buttons. Again, in order to find out the issue we need you to give us the shortcode that you are using in your website. We need you to give us a copy of the logs that you can find under wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/, make sure you have logging enabled under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging. Also, if you could follow these troubleshooting steps that would be great: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Richard, I think Bruce meant a must-use plugin, which is basically a hack, not an entire plugin. I fixed the folder name in his post. :) – Eduan |

Hello Supreet,
Not by default, however you can configure this under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Notifications -› Registration Notifications.
Yes, but he will need to find them. He can do so under WP Dasboard -> Users -> All Users -> [Username]. You can’t access the user directly, you gotta find the user you’re looking for, manually.
As said above, only if you know the new user’s username. – Eduan |

Hello galtman, I’m afraid I can’t offer any help myself on this regard, but it might be worthwhile to hire a freelancer to fix this compatibility issue for you. You can post a job at websites like jobs.wordpress.net or freelancer.com or elance.com. The pro support of s2Member doesn’t offer this kind of service, so your best chance is hiring a freelancer. :) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Ronnie,
This can easily be achieved using s2Member’s PayPal buttons, which you can find under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons, however be sure to first configure PayPal under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details.
This is only possible using s2Member’s login widget, however currently there is no easy way to customize it. You can find the PHP version of the login widget under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Pro Login Widget (via PHP).
Currently you can only customize the front-end of s2Member using WordPress’ translation features. You will need to modify s2Member’s source files in order to translate it fully.
Check this frequently asked question: Pre Sale FAQs » How can I prevent s2Member® Pro from loading it’s default CSS? Hope this helps. :) |

Hello William, I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been hacked. Although, if you got a notification to upgrade s2Member, and then after that you get another notification to upgrade the s2Member framework, that’s certainly strange behavior. (The plugin update notification is only available for the framework, the next notification is for the pro version, usually.) The best advice I can offer in this regard is to roll back the server/website to a previous state before the hack, and immediately change your password to a more secure password. – Eduan |

That’s strange. I don’t have this issue, I’m also using the latest Chrome. It may be possible it’s a plugin that you have install. Something along the lines of AutoPager for Firefox, but for Chrome. I don’t have this behavior, so I’m not sure what the problem could be. – Eduan |

Hello Bear,
This behavior would be controlled by the settings under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Brute Force IP/Login Restrictions and Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Unique IP Access Restrictions. You can check and configure the behavior there. :)
I believe this is only possible if you’re using Amazon web services…
Yes, check these tutorials by Jason on file downloads:
Yes the pro version of s2Member is integrated with ccBill. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Matthew, For that I think you would want to put a span around the button, and make it float left (or the side where you want it) so that the text can flow to the right of it. That’s if I remember my CSS names correctly. ;P – Eduan |
