Hello Jeff, Yes this should be possible, I think. Although I am not sure which file you would need to modify. :/ – Eduan |

Hello Arthur, To remove free registration you would simply go under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Open Registration and disable it. To show the message to users level 0 you would simply use s2Member conditionals to only show certain content to free members, telling them what will happen etc. You can find an article about conditionals here: Knowledge Base » s2Member® Conditionals And finally, to remove all subscribers that are level 0. You would need to make a script that checks all of the users, and deletes any that has the role of “Subscriber”, which is level 0. Those would be the steps you would take, roughly. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Traci, Currently s2Member will also block Google and other search engines from accessing your content, as far as I’m aware, I may be wrong. – Eduan |

Great! Yes you are correct, if you later install the pro version it will only be added on top, everything else will be saved. Remember the free version is the framework for the pro version. ;) – Eduan |

Excellent Lynn! Yes that is the answer. :) Just wanted to point out though, it can be any URL at all, and it will load it, as long as it’s an image. :) |

Yes that is a workaround Buki, but only if he’s using s2Member conditionals to start with. I’m not sure why that would happen Steve, but it is strange behavior, if you are an admin user, with admin rights, then s2Member won’t protect anything to you, unless you’re using conditionals, at which point it will follow them to the letter. – Eduan |

I’m afraid they haven’t released any sort of release date or beta release date. However, when it does come out, they said they will send a notification to all users. :) – Eduan |

I’m afraid the shortest you can set it to is to 1 hour, securely that is. :/ You can test using 0.5 as a value, but I’m not sure of the results, it certainly wouldn’t mess up the website, it would only throw an error if it’s an invalid value. Using the exp attribute: Which would only work in specific post/pages restrictions, of course. – Eduan |

Hello Charlene, In this case what I would do is do the normal setup, but check for when the 18 day comes, when that happens it should set a variable that tells the system to start all over again, and every time the 18 day comes it adds to another variable, which would keep track of how many cycles have passed. That’s how I would do it, and the easiest method by far, probably. – Eduan |

Hello Florence, That register URL seems like it has something extra. Could you try the following URL instead of the above, and see if it works?: – Eduan |

Hello Oda, The best way to use JWPlayer is by installing it, and then simply integrate it into your file downloads. So, first you need to setup your file downloads the way you like them. In a way only members of the required level can see/download these files. And then setting up JWPlayer is gonna be easy, since you only need to install it, and when you tell it the URL of the file you gotta give it an s2Member URL, I believe, which will block the access, or not depending on if the user can access the content. You can find a file downloads video by Jason here: Video » s2Member (File Download Options) And you can find a video regarding JWPlayer, Amazon S3/Cloudfront here: Video » s2Member® File Downloads (Amazon S3/CloudFront/JW Player) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Titilayo, This is controlled by WordPress as a matter of fact. I believe there is an article or a support thread on the WordPress codex, but I can’t be sure which one it is. It explains how to change this address. You might be interested in making a Google search for this. Since, again, this is controlled by WordPress, and not s2Member. – Eduan |

Hello Charlene, For this you would use s2Member’s dripping features: Knowledge Base » Introduction to Content Dripping in s2Member® Something important to know, this is actually a PHP conditional, using a variable that s2Member provides. So you can use your own way of checking what date and day it is. – Eduan |

Hello Idan, I’m afraid if you want help from the support reps you need to be a paid member of s2Member. I personally suggest you check the s2Member codex, and check how the PayPal integration does it, to tell s2Member to set an EOT etc. You can find the s2Member codex here: s2Member® » Codex (Source Code Docs) – Eduan |

Hello Jay, For this you would simply need to generate the button with 2 days, and then manually edit the button so that it has less than 2 days. Check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained) to see what you would need to modify in order to achieve this. Hope this helps. :) |
